Certain sections of this Privacy Policy only apply to the processing of personal data of Site visitors from the European Union (“EU”) or where applicable EU or EU Member State data protection laws so provide or who are residents of the State of California as indicated below.

Information You Provide Us / Identifiers

  • In the course of using the Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain information, including identifying information (such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, or zip code and company name), unique identifiers (such as your user ID and password), demographic information, products you may be interested in or similar information you may disclose to us from time-to-time.

  • After submitting a confirmed and verified request, Consumers have the right to obtain from us the categories of personal information we collected from you, the categories of sources for the personal information we collected from you, our business or commercial purpose for collecting the information, the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request). If we sold or disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, we will provide two separate lists disclosing: sales (identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient purchased) and disclosures for business purposes (identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained). Correction and Deletion

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights; No Sale

  • While California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information under the CCPA, we do not sell personal information to any third parties, and therefore, we have not included a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on the Site. If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and take any other necessary action to comply with applicable law.

  • Additionally, we do not intend to market to any individual under the age of 18, and we expressly prohibit anyone under the age of 16 from disclosing or submitting any personal information to us throughout the Site or other means.
